The Thom Browne/Converse Collaboration
Ok, ok, ok ... so they're a little loud. So is Kanye ... and we love him all the same, right? Well, mostly. But these are going to be super fab come summer, either dressed down with something monochromatic like indigo denim or played up in all white in the Hampton's. Even Diddy wouldn't turn away Thom Browne sneakers at the door.
An experiment, if you will, for the designer who's Spring 2009 runway show was such as stand out that they're probably clearing space for him at the Met as we speak for Fall. Get em while the getting is good. Only fifty pairs are available for sale online at Colette.fr ... well now, forty-nine.
