Nothing is better than a relaxing evening at home with a few close friends. Invite everyone over for game night instead of going out on the town and everyone can save money and still enjoy their weekend.

If you'd like to be just as relaxed and laid back as your guests, the best way to not get yourself stuck behind the bar all night is to buy a bunch of wine and then make one special cocktail of the evening for everyone to share. Try this recipe that's always a hit at my place.
- 1 bottle of good champagne
- 4 cups of vodka
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups of strawberry brandy
- 2 cups of fresh cut or frozen strawberries
Fill a large glass pitcher with a quarter of crushed ice. Pour all condiments in slowly and stir. Serve in chilled champagne flutes.
Bacon Wrapped Cherry Tomatoes
The perfect balance between the sweetness of the champagne and strawberries is this simple salty and acidic easy to eat hors d'oeuvre. Prepare it in advance and keep a couple of trays it in the oven on warm for when your guests get hungry for more.
- 1 pack cherry tomatoes (12 oz)
- 1 pack bacon (12 oz)
- Toothpicks (soak the toothpicks in water for a few hours)
- Nanami Togarashi (Japanese assorted chili pepper)
Cut the bacon strip into half-length. Put the cherry tomato towards the end of the bacon strip and wrap tight. Hold the cherry tomato with a toothpick, set aside. Sprinkle some Nanami Togarashi onto the bacon. Heat up an indoor grill and grill until the bacon turns brown and crisp. For an outdoor grill, use low heat.
