Not that Tina Knowles hasn't helped make baby B the star that she is, but it seems that Sasha Fierce has decided to leave all the home sewn ensembles out in the cold for the upcoming tour.
If you've been wondering where her latest style influences are coming from, look to designer Thierry Mugler who has come out of retirement just to construct the 50+ wardrobe changes for the I Am Sasha Fierce tour set to begin in April 2009. Mugler, who has laid relatively low since he closed his couture house in 2003 to focus on a very successful fragrance collection, is reportedly excited to be collaborating with Beyonce on the tour. Having designed for huge productions like Cirque du Soleil's Zumanity, we should expect tons of fashionable theatrics to accompany Mrs. Carter on stage.
