How would you describe your personal style? I can’t…It’s whatever I have with me…jeans, tee, cardigan, or even a 2-button Ralph Lauren Purple Label suit. I guess I style for any occasion…something like a 4 door Benz coupe…lol
Do you have a favorite Designer? I don’t have just one…but some of my favorite designers are Ralph Lauren/classic. Its hard to go wrong with Ralph. I also like Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Tom Ford, and Zac Posen.
What is your “go-to” item? A pair of shades; rather it’s the black & gold Alpina or the black & gold 607 Cazal / the Retro RUN DMC joints.
Who is your biggest influence in life? I will have to say my mom and family. In their eyes, I can achieve anything.
What has been your biggest obstacle in life that you overcame or that you intend to overcome? Getting Atlanta to be noticed as a fashion city. When thinking of fashion, you immediately think of Paris, Milan, New York…you don’t think of Atlanta.
Are you currently in a relationship? Yes…almost 8 years. If you are an asset, then with someone. But if you are a liability, then by myself.
What do you look for in somebody? One of the characteristics I look for in a female is style. She also must be confident, independent and ambitious. I like females that can dress for any occasion and ask for my input only because she values my opinion, but knows in her mind that she is on point.
What is your biggest turn-off? Those females that feel its automatic for the man to pay for everything instead getting her own and take care of self.
What is your biggest turn-on? A female that takes care of herself physical and mentally.
What is your biggest flaw? I think I may be a borderline perfectionist. It’s a gift and a curse. Sometimes I have plans to go out but may not make it if I don’t feel like I’m well together. You only have one time to make a first impression.
What will you be doing in 2009 i.e., projects, goals, etc.? Besides working on more product placements and releasing ‘geul.den bear kouture new collection. Launching of geuldenbearkouture.com. Hopefully I’m able to collaborate with Joe Moss of Good Life Clothing Company and host the first Geul.den Life weekend.
What do you hate? I hate meetings!!! If you know your job…get it done.
What do you love? A peace of mind and fashion gives me that.
What’s your favorite curse word? I don’t have one…I like them all…lol
What’s your favorite food? I’m a big Sushi eater but will settle for a Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwich on any day.
What makes you a major man? I’ll let you be the judge.
Any final thoughts? I want to to thank some important people. First, God of coarse. He gave me the gift make ‘geul.den bear kouture possible.
