So I've had a bit of the "bailout blues" for the past couple of weeks. Watching a retirement fund crash and burn will do that to a person, ya know. But I've come back to my senses just in time to watch our favorite runway reality show creep closer and closer to the finale!
That's right, the time has come for the train wreck called Kenley to finally make its exit from all of our lives. Speaking of which, did anyone else notice that of the final four remaining contestants Kenley was the only one who didn't have any friends or family to meet and greet Tim when he came to visit? Surprised? Anyone? Me either. Now her wedding dress (which was a very reminiscent of an Alexander McQueen gown) was definitely a huge surprise to everyone. Copycat much? You be the judge ...
Either way, in the end it was Jerrell who had to say auf Wiedersehen on the runway and give his double kisses to Heidi. That means that for the first time in Runway history it will be an all female battle royale in in Bryant Park this Wednesday night. How fitting since the series was sold to Lifetime television earlier this year, making this season the last to air on Bravo. Coincidence? Hmmmmm ...
Highlight: Kenley having to shin and grin with the other designers so that no one smothered her in her sleep.
Best Backstab: A jilted Jerrell saying "If all you want is a basic white tee, get it from Michael Kors. That's just not what I do."
Quote I'll Most Likely Be Repeating: “It bothers me a touch, quite honestly.” – Michael Kors in response to Kenley's McQueen makeover gown.
