Boyfriend Lorenzo Martone told New York Magazine that the two not only exchanged rings in Paris during fashion week but that he proposed to Marc before their trip to Brazil to meet the entire Martone tribe! The to have yet to set a date but Lorenzo has his heart set on December in St. Barts. Congratulations guys!
